Boredom is a perfect moment to cultivate attention for inner calling.

But how do you know how to differentiate between the work not fulfilling you and simply the repetitive boringness of the work boring you? For example, I had a project that I’d started 6 months ago and was so excited to do - I did it on and off, but now, getting back into it feels like so much friction. Maybe it’s because I’m expecting to get right into flow state when I work on it, but I don’t seem to get into flow anymore. At this point, I don’t even know if I enjoy it anymore.

Start with 2 minutes, it tricks you brain to get started. Failure is part of the process, you're going to fail and that's ok.
