Oh well, something in me just woke up. During my school, I always trade my sleep for studying. I'm not the very studious type, I just keep postponing studying and school works, until the night before the deadline. I trade my sleep for it, and it doesn't feel good. I am grumpy the whole day, I am tired, and it affected my health. With this post, I realized how I am so wrong for choosing the wrong ones. School is just 2 weeks away and I want to thank you for making me wake up 😊
Thank you for sharing this so openly. Sometimes awareness arrives after we’ve already felt the consequences, but that moment of realization can become the turning point. It’s not about judging the choices we made before , it’s about learning from them and choosing differently moving forward. Your health, rest, and peace are not things you have to sacrifice to prove that you care about your goals. Wishing you a strong start when school begins. Take care of yourself while you work toward what matters
Beautiful in its articulation. I especially appreciate the distinction about rubber disguised as glass. I regret that I have neglected some close personal relationships for that apparent glass. And the impact has happened over years.
